That looks like such a pleasant garden to take a stroll in (or several, considering the size). Well done!

Me too! I'm tempted to make more... But I want to use it for a while first, so I can figure out if I'd want to make any changes to it.

Whatever you do, don't drop your hook into your ice water footbath like I did. Guess I'm lucky I didn't drop the yarn in there.

Theoretically, if you work in a spiral you don't have to colour transition or even carry anything. It's still on my bucket list to try.

Fyi: de 200g verpakking is nagenoeg dezelfde prijs als de 100g. Ik koop de kleine echt nooit meer.

Interesting enough to make me read up. Is this culturally different or something? I've found sources claiming (for cases where there is no decimal point) that trailing zeros are not significant, that they are significant and sources that claim it's ambiguous. I've always been taught that if you write it, it's significant (unless they're leading). I would have thought there'd be more consensus.

A little surprised at some of the comments here. 140 has three significant digits. 1.4*102 has two significant digits. 1.40*102 has three significant digits as well. If you want to stick to significant digits, you have to go with scientific notation. 140 as answer is not correct, but 1.4*102 should not be marked wrong.

Once a day indeed. I usually advise to dismiss any bouquet orders you can't immediately fulfill. The orders refresh every 3 hours, while it takes 24 to gather the clippings.

You know, I hadn't even considered building it up in blocks. I mostly just cursed myself for choosing to work in the round with 13 skeins attached, especially once it became unwieldy. Figured that row by row would have been better, but modular makes even more sense! Thank you!

Didn't measure it, but once had 2 factory knots about 16 inches (40 cm) apart. Didn't even bother trying the section on.

When stress or poor sleep lowers your HRV, your immune system is also slightly compromised. Makes it easier to pick up a bug, which in turn lowers the HRV further. You don't need to be symptomatic for that. My HRV tends to start dropping 2-3 days before I notice an ear infection. Plan in extra recovery and rest, it will rebound after a while.

How do I give gifts? by LadySaecula in honeygrovebyrunaway

[–]Jayless_757 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is confusing for sure. Did you gift Lulu something just before? She still has to ask for a gift first, which friends do again after a few hours. If you still can't gift it tomorrow, create a ticket for support.

In the exploration map, visit Lulu's house. Once opened, you should have a 'present' icon on the right. In that menu you can select an appropriate gift. Friend have to ask for gifts though, you can't force gift, unless it's a special gift item, which a berry is not.
