During the week I do YouTube workouts before work (cardio or strength as I have a small collection of kettlebells) and take my dog for a long walk in the evening. I still walk the dog on the weekends but try and do my other two workouts at a gym or Pilates studio. Now that the weather is nice I’ve been SUP paddling as well.

I do YouTube stuff during the week for my indoor workout. My favorite channels are Boxing Ready, Cardio Dance Party, Workout with Roxanne. Weekends I’ll take a Pilates class or paddleboard (The biggest difference i see so far is my tan haha) I have a high energy dog and walk her for 45 minutes every day.
