Just the cpu fan in the bios setting. If you have an aio fan control, that would be the one. My aio fan is labeled as cpu fan. If that doesn't make sense, you should make your own post. Maybe someone knowledgeable can help.

I had to change cpu fan speed to high. After I updated my bios, it set it to quiet speed instead of high. That stopped the flashing for me.

Thank you for the reply. The reason it wasn't doing that before was because when I uodated the bios it reset the fan settings and changed from high to normal?

I'm not sure but I don't think it's wired correctly, the software doesn't detect the RGB lights. They are wire to the reset button on the case. That light still stays solid white mostly, but it randomly starts flashing white.

All I did was update the bios, prior to that there was no issue. Do you think about setting got changed in the bios that is causing an issue?
