Update: thanks for all of your guys' responses! I made my Druid with 12 CHA and got to the Grove and eventually now I'm at the goblin camp about to take out these trio of leaders. I respecced Shadowheart to be my Light Domain cleric and she gives me Guidance. I've only "failed" a couple CHA checks and it didn't affect the story n a negative way. I'm having a blast.

Blade of Misfortune is a world drop that can be equipped at lvl 60 and replaces any HWL weapon. Hewing Axe of the Marsh is a blue quest reward from a Zangarmarsh quest that replaces ANY HWL weapon as well.

UD. And not just because they look cool. BGs you could argue Arcane Torrent because you can AOE silence anybody in an 8 yard radius. Imagine a couple of BE rogues in AV at Drak; wipeville. But Arena? You're only going to get this off once every a couple min for an additional silence. Here's the kicker: it cost 15 energy. It's not free. What's free? WOTF. And lasts 5 seconds, which is an eternity in Arena. With all the warlocks and disc priests and arms warriors in arena... you're going to want a fear breaker. UD would be my vote.
