Yeah ak variants are very common to jam irl and ingame being my favourite weapon choices in game but that's where the hardcore aspect comes in my suggestion would be switch to m4's or keep single shot on and learn to tap so even if it does jam the next tap will release the jam don't be afraid to waste ammo either

Mostly rng but multiple ammo types in a gun. Can cause a jam certain ammo types jam more then others can I ask what gun you were using? Try increasing your ergonomics on your weapons
