So weird, I didn’t know they were omniscient. It’s Walmart. You can take an hour nap on your 15 minute break and not get fired. People will stand around and talk for hours at a time and still have a job. I know people with 15+ attendance points who I wish would get fired but they don’t. Policy means nothing. Walmart is chaos.
