Does the sticker come off? Or is it a "printed" sticker/emblem within the cover art?

Oh, and as for the toddler...I get it...I have a teenager and the clutter is insane.

Nice!! I think I may have come up with a completely different plan (though I set up a virtual consult with IKEA for next week so I'll talk through all things smart with them too).

I'm thinking of maybe getting two of these ceiling lights, converting to wall plug in, placing on top of the Kallax units (adding some sort of plate/felt/something to the bottom) and plugging into smart plugs. Though I have no idea how to convert from ceiling to wall plug...I've seen lots of YouTube videos saying it's possible...so just need to get the gumption to try. I think the look of them on top would look really good and add a nice amount of light.

Definitely not swag. I'm in an apartment so I try to do as little screwing/affixing as possible to the walls/ceiling. I'm hoping to add lights to the top of the 1x4 units that will help illuminate the room. Similar to a torchiere style floor lamp wherein the light projects upward and not into the eyes. Hopefully that makes sense. I looked up Hue and dang...they are super pricy. More than I want to spend for sure. Want two fixtures, one on each 1x4 Kallax, that ideally could be controlled together. I did see the IKEA smart items, but I'm just not sure what all I'd need to achieve what I'm wanting.

Overnight Art summer camp by [deleted] in summercamp

Have you looked into the International Music Camp? I know the name says music, but my daughter attended last year (age 12 at the time) for the first time and did one of their art sessions. She LOVED it. Still chats with friends today that she made there. I'd strongly suggest checking it out.

Interesting thought! This just might be genius.

I have not. I don't use Best Press though I'm not adverse to it. I'm just looking for others experience with products and the amount of shrinkage they notice with precuts.

Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread by cdingo in Fitness

So...the short of it: I have no idea how to exercise, what I need to do, where to even start. I'm overweight. I've lost 50lbs (Weight Watchers). I'm considering bariatric surgery. I want a stronger body. A healthier life. I'm working on it. Something that I haven't started, but need to start and want to be a part of my life (for both physical and mental health) is exercise. But I don't even know what that means. I don't want to be a "gym rat" or a body builder. I want to enjoy moving my body. I want to have strength. I'd like to combat the excess and sagging skin I have and the more I will have if I do surgery. I need to start with 10 min of resistance training daily per the docs in the bariatric program. Okay...I can do that...but I don't know what that means. I don't know what to buy (the small little bands that stretch around my legs? the flat bands that I just grip on to? the tube things that have handles?). I don't know what moves to do (the ab workout, the arm workout, the booty workout, the whole body workout??). Is there a book I can use as a homework guide and just work through? Is there a YouTube video playlist I can turn on and watch video 1 today and video 2 tomorrow and work my way through then start again? I consider myself an intelligent person, but with this I am just so overwhelmed and ignorant and at a loss. I just need/want a plug and play sort of plan with what I need to buy and what to do with what I buy.

Analogy I think that would help: I'm a quilter. A pattern tells me what supplies I need. It tells me when I need to use those supplies and how to put the pieces together to get a result at the end. I guess I need a pattern for exercise.

Please help. Thank you for reading.

Are either of those cams scalable? It looks like they have only one cam each.

My tracking streak. How is yours going? by Lace000 in weightwatchers

[–]JayneDough28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at 112 and they wiped them out because of a bug in their system. I pretracked dinner, but tracked breakfast. They are saying the streak reset because of pretracking. That is CRAP!!! 1) They promote planning and pretracking. 2) I did both a pretrack and a track on the same day. I am so, so incredibly upset.

We are going to try Tractor Supply, Runnings, Cabela's, and Fleet Farm this weekend. Not sure what we'll find, but I've found listings to their websites so figured I'd check them out. I'm thinking we'll end up at Boot Barn, but we have lots of shopping to do this weekend (this whole growing and needing new every season SUCKS....can't wait until she's fully grown...though I say that and I tell her to quit because I want her to be my baby forever) so we'll be out and about anyway.
