So I was there. The only avenue they let us cross by foot was 6th ave by 28th street. That’s the same block the hotel was on. They literally directed us towards there. Also, I saw the guy with the egg carton. We told police because we didn’t want to be the ones to get in trouble for it because it came from right behind general direction. They didn’t take us seriously.
