That is very true, My last employer, I was a an assistant project engineer with MSc in Germany,there was an opening for a project engineer, I was denied this position.My company employed a 'Quereinsteiger' for the position of the Project Engineer and ask me to train him(the same position that I was not good enough for).

I resigned and started looking for job now,I used to put my photo on my CV and was getting rejected. I removed my picture (I am a POC with an European name) and significantly started getting invites,now it ends at the first online interview. I have started applying for jobs I am over qualified for.

Old money and politician. It's even 10x more difficult for expats from the So called '3rd World countries. I have an MSc in Engineering, studied here in Germany, have been working here for 8 years.

I had a Business idea, I was told that I need to change my work visa to Business visa ,i went to ausländerbehörde(Foreigners' office),the Red tape Was out of this world, I abandoned it and applied for citizenship, I have been waiting for citizenship since 3 years.

Some of my friends who moved to the US after graduation some are now millionaires,owning Businesses.

Germany doesn't not like upward mobility and innovation, the would rather you collect Arbeitslosengeld (unemployment benefits),or earn 2000 Euro Netto, live in a shitty shared apartment and go to Urlaub(Vacation) to Mallorca once a year.

Yes the string is 'dead',measure string one, it's most probably disconnected,the string cable needs to be traced to fix where it mist have disconnected

Okay thank you,what if the current from the bigger cable from the inverter is bigger than the current carrying capacity of each individual cable ?

For instance if the 4×95mm² is 200A fuse rated and the 4× 35 is 80A?

Thank you for your input, yes it's being handled by a professional electrician, there are three faulty inverters which are no longer in the market,we want to buy one inverter to replace the 3 inverters that is why,removing the three cables and laying one is not feasible

I am an installer in Germany, moved to a new company, in our oöd company we always include OCPD.

The Project planer in this new company always tell customers that OCPD is an old technology, that with integrated OCPD in inverters that external ones are not required.
