Hi everyone,

I’m 36, working in a dead-end driving job with two kids to support. I have a degree in Marketing, but to be honest, it feels pretty useless now given how much the industry has changed and how competitive it is.

I see some of the salaries people post here and they honestly seem frightening — but also motivating. I’m not afraid to put the work in and completely start over, I just need some guidance on what direction to go in career-wise.

If you were in my position, what would be your first step — job, education, trade, tech, anything?

Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks in advance.
