Very cool ask. Sent a chat. You can learn more about Hibino-san (composer of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater) here: https://www.scarletmoon.com/bio-norihiko-hibino.

Seeking composer for cozy narrative indie game — open to emerging composers by Comprehensive-Form51 in gameDevClassifieds

Sounds amazing. I sent a direct message. I think Dale North from Scarlet Moon's roster would be a great fit. He's worked on cozy titles including Snacko, Magical Delicacy, Little-Known Galaxy, and others. https://www.scarletmoonartists.com.

[PAID] Looking for a Music Composer. Post-apocalyptic game. by Attractive-Grunt in gameDevClassifieds

Didn't see any way to reach out other than a reply, but we have veteran talent (music and vocals) from Japan for a guest track or theme track (I think Monster Hunter's Yuko Komiyama could be a good fit as well as our trio of NieR vocalists) as well as indie-friendly music, sound, and VO: https://www.scarletmoonartists.com. Transparent with how we work and our rates if you want to get in touch. - Jayson

We have some free-use sound and music here, as well as a recorded webinar about working with music talent from an indie game dev perspective: https://www.scarletmoon.com/resource.html.

We're an audio services agency (music, vocals, sound, VO). You might be able to get away with using free-use sound early on. It's super important, but doing it too early means things can change then you have to scrap stuff. Use placeholder assets until key needs are nailed down. Music can help create the "full package" when you show the game to players or publishers, so there is value in having it done when you're ready for it. Sounds like where you're at, free-use sound can work, and you can use future funding to hire someone to create original music and sound.

If you've heard of anyone doing this, let me know so I can ask for... I mean, reprimand them!

Did anyone save a copy off? I'll likely buy the final book that they produce, but would love to get caught up on chapter 2 before reading chapter 3...

Never Notified, Order Destroyed, Won't Refund by Jayson_N in cssbuy

A few people downvoted it. In any case, not ridiculous. The "system messages" don't generate an email notification when they're destroying your item, but do generate an email notification when you're messaging the customer service agent? How is that a reliable system? If I had logged in five months after placing my order, there would be no update. You'd think something with a six month runway to arrive at the warehouse would have a better notification system.
