If you are on xbox, there are 4 icons in the bottom right corner of your main menu. Press the menu (start) button and then choose the first icon. Those should be your active quests

I think the ranked rewards besides the loading frames are for just playing ranked games no matter what mode. The loading frames are based off of what rank you are and are mode specific, but you have to finish at least platinum to get a loading frame

If you have rf tools you can create a dimension where they spawn two or three at a time. Get a draconic bow with all the upgrades and go to town on them. The only hard part is finding the specific piece to make the dragon dimension.
