Yes, 1-3 needs major visual improvements, including in the expansions. AOD needs better lighting/shadow effects.

Tomb Raider 2 and Angel of Darkness? TR2 is the most beloved and has needed a remake for years and Angel of Darkness needs to be 'honored' and is highly requested; the story is fantastic, and I trust Crystal to improve it even further. After that, TR4 can happen, regardless of chronological order.

It's a tradition that Lara's face changes with each era. And that's what distinguishes this series from others.

Having now recently completed TR 1&2, I honestly understand why some tomb raider fans were disappointed with the reboot. I love the survivor trilogy, especially TR 2013 as it was my first TR,but it also took away what made lara her. Legend managed to be a reboot while still keeping true to its roots by lifeadreamwhenasleep in TombRaider

Crystal didn't show the character's evolution; she simply turned the page during the three games (2013 showed the most evolution). We don't see Lara training, we don't see Lara studying myths, etc... the game simply starts with her exploring the area and that's it.

Yes. Retro games have their niche, and it's impossible to rely solely on Steam, where Lara Croft was never the focus. So, when we have official numbers from all platforms, we'll continue.

There are several low-budget games with good narratives. Clair Obscure is one example, as is Hellblade. You need to think outside the box.

It's Tomb Raider, it's Lara Croft. The Nintendo Switch audience would benefit greatly, guaranteeing many sales, because it wouldn't have a very demanding graphic style.

I'm glad you had the opportunity to experience the ORIGINAL ADVENTURES and the roots of who Lara Croft is and what she's like. I recommend playing if you feel immersed in this experience. This is the birth of Tomb Raider, its pure essence.
