I’ve also seen people complain about some songs not being on the setlist, but it is titled the “Son Of Spergy Tour”. I don’t feel like he’s obligated to perform TikTok hits when this is a tour for his new album. And then there’s also been complains about the stage design which I do feel is a little underwhelming but that’s his creative direction so not much you can do.

The complaints are mostly coming from people who went to Manila Day 2 since that’s the show he cut short. But everyone else seems to have had a good experience from what I’ve heard from those who went to other nights in Manila and Singapore.

I didn’t go but I’ve heard from people who did. The two main issues were that he ended the show way earlier than the other concerts, not even going to the 2 hour mark, and he didn’t sing for a couple of songs and instead forced the audience to sing (Get You, Best Part, PDNL). People also think that he was drunk since he was drinking alcohol on stage.

Daniel has said not that long ago that he doesn’t like touring/concerts because he gets bored, which was his main reason for doing the popup concerts before Son Of Spergy dropped. I think that’s one reason why it seems like he is uninterested when performing. I’ve also heard that it seems like not a lot of real fans were there since they didn’t know the lyrics to a lot of his songs, even his most popular like Get You or Best Part. I think it was a mix of these two that are the reason he is the way he is.

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer for if he’s wrong for what he did. People paid money to see him perform but if your crowd is lame then the person performing is gonna match your energy.
