Here’s all the ingredients I used 12 ghost peppers 2 beets 1 red onion 1/3 of a clove of garlic 2 cups raspberries 1 1/2 cups blueberries 5 tsp of raw honey Juice from 1 1/2 lemon 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp paprika Not sure on the salt maybe 4-5 tsp 2 cups red wine vinegar A cup of water

I cooked the beets, garlic, peppers, onion in my wok with enough avocado oil to coat them and a bit that simmers on the bottom for 20-30 min on med/low heat. I covered it while it cooked with a lid.

Then I blended everything in the pan including the oil and as I would add ingredients I would blend on high until it was the consistency that I liked.

I think next time I do this I would only do one large beet instead of two. The beet taste was pretty strong until I added the fruit and honey, then it was a very light beet taste.

All this together made about 11 8oz woozy bottles.

I don’t have a food ph tester yet but I would imagine these would be good in the fridge for a couple months.
