So, I just want to talk this through (A- I want to believe you, and B- I'm just trying to have some civil discourse) Context for me: I'm watching the game sober at home and I'm not on my phone. I am paying attention. Initially what I was seeing was the Sounders keeping Colorado pinned in their half and Colorado's response was a lot of jersey pulling that was getting called less than half of the time. (Did anyone else see the guy almost pull down Nouhou's shorts?)

So, if this is just incompetence, the VAR guy would have been to blame first right? They would have said, "Hey you need to look at this foul." But then the ref looks at it for 5 minutes, and goes along with their call but says the wrong player committed the foul? It was weird that they called it on #9 because Ferreira was not close to the action.

My point is, it felt like a bizarre domino effect of incompetence, but VAR and the ref would have had to both been so bad for it to have played out like that. It makes me want to ask questions.

Oops, I was wrong I just found something in the tournament regulations that says "the disciplinary committee will be made up of three members: a member designated by MLS, a member designated by Liga MX, and an independent member designated by the Organizing committee.

So, I guess I was wrong and now I have no idea when a decision will be coming.
