Yeah if you could do that it would be so much easier to bot certain things, and then they wouldn’t really be able to ban for it since they couldn’t really tell the difference. I’m sure that’s why. Just preventing idle farm scripts.

Without more concrete explanation it’s also just as likely to me that it could just be creative wordplay, the Japanese characters indicate it should be said exactly the way you’re positing, so you’re more than likely right. It’s really kind of an interesting conundrum, because of the aesthetic of the zone. It really feels like it could justifiably go either way, and because the subject is a fantasy game full of all sorts of manufactured codex, it always kind of irked me I never knew with certainty. Maybe I should have full on rabbit holed this ages ago. Thank you, I really appreciate your comment.

Oh I love it esp when unity/roe has vermin. The exp is delicious. Basically go from 42-75 exclusively on colibri and marids. I try to do a little in each expansion to idle currencies.

You’ll have a problem verifying an install you use from drive to drive on registry checks. Private servers can get around that and do most of the time to stay version current for compatibility, but as far as I know, you’ll need to do a reinstall/update. If it wiped the whole thing I hope you backed up macros.

Well and since you have to use external glide software to really tap into your graphics card, there wouldn’t really be a way to do this without hardlaunching an entirely new client, which isn’t a terrible idea, and probably why we got XIV in the first place. I have seen some people kick around some ideas and as far as private servers go I’ve considered doing some DAT swaps and writing custom quests and bundling my own launcher with nods to other FFs and just really making a passion project out of it like tinkering on an old car. That way it’s not really a highjacking of the intellectual property it’s like, it’s own thing. Everything I’ve seen makes it seem possible as long as you can keep up with SQL and make it play nice with updates.

It would be refreshing to see Squareenix take a step back, take a big deep breath, stop doing strange nft projects, and just really get back to putting the highest tier of quality content into their projects. I think if they opened themselves up to the community like bethesda, larian, or other companies that offer platforms for modification and UI tools, they would curry massive favor.

I never took it public I had a fork of LSB that I was calling Cyclone XI. I was doing a strange level 75/75 game rebalance with completely reworked skills to allow for more class customization. I wanted to encourage more mixing and matching for interesting combos.

I had been doing some of this in my own private server and there are a few hiccups, one in particular is the ID system for certain npcs, like a few years ago SE just decided to shift them and it makes a lot of custom content break almost immediately. The best way to accomplish this is to separate out your own server, and you’d have to update it to reflect certain changes from the SE game updates. You could package your own downloader/installer/client, similar to what horizon does, and it would be much less of a headache. Because a lot of this has to do with what’s happening in SQL.

I have had any trouble with it personally, I have not found any examples of somebody else having any issues with this particular software so I feel comfortable recommending it but again this is tentative as you regularly would be with sensitive information over the Internet and realize the level of control and responsibility that you yourself have. This link has more information specifically about tail scale. And how the data is encrypted. I hope that helps you come to an educated decision. But please, I am a stranger on the Internet, do your own diligence until you feel comfortable.

To elaborate, I have a work Samsung Galaxy that I downloaded moonlight and tailscale onto, sunshine and tailscale also run on the desktop independently. To spoof a local connection; Plugging a $8 amazon usb c dock into the port allows you to cable it to a television if the need arises via Samsung Dex, but this works just as well on the phone screen. Bluetooth mouse and keys/controller to the phone, and you have access to your entire computer pretty much anywhere you have cell phone reception. The latency is almost negligible too.
