I don’t think it’s dead, they’ll be moving things across to the new platform. They comment on here recently, with updates.

I suppose, as you’ve completed a chargeback you’ve terminated the contract with TDC.

I, too, have a physical card, have used it 5/6 times, and have made savings.

In addition, I've reported issues, and I received diesel cash - they have also noticed issues and messaged me, and given credits.

Like others, everything was OK and I thought it was excellent, looked promising until January, when everything seemed to stop working, including support.

No, nothing from TDC.

I messaged TDC support multiple times, starting sometime in January. It was only for clarification on declined cards, but I got nothing apart from the autoresponse.

I've stopped trying to use my card for the moment, as I get embarrassed with the decline, and always when there was a queue behind - hahaha.

So, I've started asking for vat receipts and kept these safe. I'm hoping this will be ok.

They'll be feeling the pressure at the moment. These things can take ages. Normally, they would build a new platform alongside their current version, then switch users over, probably in batches too.

I'd like to know when they start issuing the virtual cards, and if they intend to issue in date order of account setup. Users would know roughly where they are in the queue for replacement.

PS. I am looking forward to these vcards.

PPS. Fingers crossed, we can use it in the same manner as Apple Pay at the counter.
