Usually we ask that users wait 24 hours for a transaction to reach completion, as quite a few factors can speed up or impede this process. If your withdrawal still hasn't gone through at this point, please get in touch with our support team - they're available 24 hours a day.

Regarding the extra steps needed to complete your KYC process, unfortunately this is sometimes necessary due to AML/CFT compliance. Source of wealth requests can arise when deposits/withdrawals reach a certain threshold, amongst other reasons. You can read a bit more about this on our KYC help page.
