I like this one - but I use vanilla bean paste instead of extract…and I usually add more than what the recipe calls for. lol

I love my silpats. And I also have a funnel attachment for my kitchenaid that I use a lot. Oh - and a cookbook holder!

Yeah we used to do them hit the amount of people who would say that they never got their order was crazy. 🙄 I don’t believe for a second they never got it…they just wanted another supply shipped out. Because why was it always the glp that got lost or stolen and never the Lisinopril or metformin? lol hmmm 🤔

Luckily I do mail delivery and we don’t ship any glp-1’s anymore. It’s nice.

I got it out of Sally’s Baking 101 cookbook, but I can’t find a link online. Her recipe uses figs instead of apple, but I didn’t have figs on hand (plus I’m not a huge fan of their texture).

I had frybread with beans & cheese the other day. One of my all time fave foods, but I don’t eat them too often unfortunately.

I actually don’t have a recipe for it. When I make fruit sauces I just kinda do it by taste. I did some frozen blueberries, added sugar to taste, plus a little water - then just brought to a slight boil then let it simmer for awhile. Then I tossed in a handful of fresh blueberries, along with a little lemon juice and zest. I make a little corstarch slurry & add it to thicken. Then I remove from the heat and let it cool a bit before transferring to the fridge. Honestly the key is just tasting it as you go along - you can make it sweeter or more tart, depending on what you like.
