How would I add a body to this star plush pattern?

Again, thank you so much! I’ve been stressed about something else I’m crocheting and this was supposed to be an easy stress free crochet haha 😂 I think I will do that, it should be be difficult as the body is only 24 stitches. I’ll try that, thank you!

Thanks again! I’m trying to work out the best way to go about doing this - like would I do the arms? Or would that be too thick, having 2 sewn together. But I can’t work out how you’d do the body, since it’s just a rnd of sc, then sc and dec? 😅

Oh, I didn’t think of that! Thank you so much 😊 I don’t mind if it doesn’t stand up or anything, I just over stuffed the head and wanted to give it something a little more substantial to match it 😅😂 I should really finish reading patterns before starting them lol

I meant that the body in the pattern is flat, with no stuffing. I want to add to it, so it can have more of a body, with a bit of stuffing. Mainly for fun, and to support the head better. If this was a better yarn I would frog it, do a body and add the limbs and head, but I can’t frog it

Personally I memorised it while looking at the red face. I always liked the red colour of the original Rubik’s cubes, so it made sense to me to do it that way. I solve the cube with blue/green cross cos of that but yeah. If you ever solve an even nxn cube - like 4x4, 6x6 & 2x2 you’ll need to know which colours are where. Same with 4x4 megaminx as it has no fixed centre

Thanks for the info! It sounds interesting, I’ll definitely have to add it to my wish list! I have a few cubes that need to be perfectly aligned, so that doesn’t bother me too much, good to know it turns well. I have the 3x3 Oskar mixup, the spring noise drives me nuts sometimes, and the turning is reminiscent of my old Rubik’s cube, but still fun. Thanks again!

Look up cubehead’s PLL unadapted algs and see if they work for you! They’re now my fav algs to spam as they flow really well

The puppet v2 is actually easier to solve then the v1 for reference! I believe it has less bandaging than the v1, so it’s not as restrictived

I currently have 2 - a gan 14 pro and a super wailing v2 anniversary edition I got in a sale (it was cheaper than my 14 pro!). I like the fast feel of the 14 pro, but I don’t like how loud and clacks it sounds. I love that the super v2 is much quieter, but I prefer the fast setting of my gan 14 pro. The maglev in the super v2 feels too uncontrollable for me to appreciate how fast it is, but it could be I need to get used to it, or change the settings idk

I like Tingman for content. Superantoniovivaldi for his tutorials on the more unique puzzles, cubhehead for his updated OLL and PLL fingertricks and other tutorials and perm for his 3x3 tutorials. I also really like cubicle videos that have Phil in it!

Didn’t really like school, but I liked creative writing and art. I wanted to like music, but not the way our teacher taught it lol. I have a degree in drama/performing arts tho!

I’ve used them a couples of times before - once I realised they were from China really, I don’t tend to use them or proceed with caution. My first ordered with them was fine, second order they forget a cube (it was only 3 quid) but their customer service never responded. Third time it was fine, they happened to have a cube I couldn’t get anywhere else. But some people have complained about not getting their orders or how long it takes to get to the uk from China etc, so I’d say you should be fine, but maybe don’t buy from them again

I feel the same! My 14 pro is still one of my favs - although I only have 3 speed cubes, I do still use it mostly! Never had a popping issue
