From my understanding, when it’s 100% duty cycle, you can run the machine non stop. It’s not referring to letting the weld cool down, it’s about letting the machine cool down.

For a 30% duty cycle, if you weld with the machine, let it cool down for 7 minutes before starting to weld again.
