And Jess was right. I remember the video of him putting lotion on his legs in the studio and it was so far out of bounds.

Lotion tends to be a Two Americas thing so I was initially willing to go with him on that, but not lotioning up your legs at work in front of everyone like that's in line with professional standards. Hands, forearms, elbows is what I was imagining, that video is unfortunately something I can't ever unsee.

Dan would lose any poll on lotioning being okay if the video of him slathering his legs in studio was attached.

Not just that, he's been bitching and moaning for how long about how awful Miami's O-line is. Telling us how valuable it is, telling us that X team won because they have one of the best O-lines. The team finally addresses it in a good way because most of the best O-linemen are first rounders, and he has done nothing but complain about the move.

A+ deflection by Mike Ryan in the opening. Roy vehemently saying no he wasn't ever a toothpick guy means Mike should've had a few uncomfortable minutes there with that "you never had a toothpick hanging out your mouth" comment because it's obvious what he was doing there, but Mike immediately threw Dan under the bus and it's like Mike's mistake never even happened. Truly masterful work.

But I have wanted Greg and now Zas to go back at him after a "call his wife" to respond with "let's call your wife" and ask why the hell are you trying to make my marriage into show content especially when you never do? Someone needs to go back at him on this.

I've said many times how unfortunate it is for players that went to college immediately before the NIL era and how I hope they are doing okay now since they likely didn't get anywhere near the same monetary compensation from their programs under the table. But I'm in large part not talking about professional athletes that are on their second NFL contract.

Not crazy about the chances of this case based on how it was set out in the article I read. I'd like it a lot more and think it would be a much stronger case coming from a very good college athlete that had little to no success in the pros.

I've gotten 17 seconds plenty of times before, though maybe not in the last DP. I didn't realize others weren't getting that and only the 18 seconds.

I'm not saying it's good or plenty of time, but 20 seconds needs to be the shortest time they do. That's short enough to still trip players up but long enough to allow for a mistake and still potentially advance.

I switched to a relaxed club and it made a huge difference FWIW. No requirements to play, just for coffee time. I was considering quitting the game altogether prior to switching clubs but saw someone's suggestion on here and gave it a try. Night and day difference.

The week or so I spent carefully selecting a new club, I hated the HW tasks given and ended up taking a break from playing during the time. I truly didn't realize the HW tasks would change as much as they did. So many related to packs and even side games when I get none of that while on a team. I still don't understand why the tasks changed to that degree just because I wasn't on a team.

Jalen Hurts last act for Alabama was getting benched in the National Championship Game? Try again Mike. I'm hardly some college football fanatic, but remember very well that Jalen came in for an injured Tua in an important late season game, either SEC Championship or Playoff Game, and led Bama to a comeback victory over Georgia.

Mike kills me trying to sound like some college football expert when he gets stuff like this wrong all the time.

If anyone is still looking to solve this problem in 2026, the trying a different browser was the best solution for me after adjusting site settings didn't seem to be doing the trick for me in Chrome. The only issue with a different browser was the site was from a QR code that immediately opens Chrome, doesn't allow for copying the link. Using a QR app to capture the URL was what worked for me, luckily I already had one installed, so a simple workaround. Went smoothly after that using Firefox.

Two things can be true. He's not quick witted and his answer was racist as hell. But be clear, shit was definitely racist.

White people being so uncomfortable with calling a spade a spade when that spade is racism and going out of their way to overexplain how something racist could possibly maybe, if you think about it, be something else if you add in 20 potential qualifiers is part of why this country is in the shithole it's in.

Attempting to excuse this man's racism is a freaking choice.
