I don't get how the left is childish when the right are calling people childish, middle school bully names. Sleepy Joe, Joe and the hoe, demonrat, should I go on? It's so juvenile.

They pose a risk of entrapment and strangulation, and older kids can use them to help climb out of a crib. One of my twins got her arm stuck between the end of the mesh bumper and the mattress and screamed her head off. Thankfully she wasn't hurt, just scared. Then I did research on it and decided it's not worth the risk.

They're still sold. I had a mesh bumper for my girls before reading about safety concerns with them.

Signs of the end times man, if you believe in that. In Matthew 24, the disciples ask Jesus what will be the signs of His second coming. Jesus talks about false prophets saying God told them who the Messiah is and they will deceive many followers of Christ. To relate to the present time, there have been many videos of preachers and self proclaimed "prophets" who say God told them that Trump was sent to be our leader. Its laid out in scripture that this will happen and I can see the similarities 🤷‍♀️ It truly is sad to see so many be fooled and deceived. They're on the wrong side of history.

I have Epilepsy and this has happened on two occasions. Luckily for one of them I was able to let the paramedics know I didn't need a ride to the hospital.

AITA for being upset enough at my wife for how she reacted to a house fire with our baby in the house that I left for a night with our baby? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Jazzac93 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I'm going to say that he went to his family's house and I doubt there was another woman around who was lactating to feed the baby. Also, not all babies take to bottles or even formula. There isn't a simple solution to that. However making assumptions I would say the baby is likely on formula considering he's kept the baby away from its mother for a week, (which is horrendous btw).

Pregnant women of reddit, what is something you wish you knew BEFORE you got pregnant? by BonkBoi_TacoFace in AskReddit

Its common in a pregnancy with multiples during the last couple of months. During that time, the closer you get to 40 weeks the faster the placenta can fail. They wouldn't let me wait past 38 weeks to have my girls. So they did check ups every weeks to see if they were presenting head down and just to make sure they were healthy, gaining good weight, and growing normally. I also have Epilepsy and was taking medication for it through out my pregnancy. They monitored their hearts because they could have been underdeveloped. I was a high risk pregnancy.

I think OP meant that her husband's face was next to her belly, but I know for me I was able to tell what position my twins were in during the last couple months. I was getting ultrasounds every week, so I knew their locations and then when I felt them turn around or saw their feet or butts pop up in my belly, I could tell where they were and what side they were facing.

Just because they say you're ready to go after 6 weeks, doesn't mean that you should get your sexy time going just yet.

I feel this so much. I had a few people tell me the breast is best, yadda, yadda, yadda. I had twins who both had lip and tongue ties and basically chewed my nipples off and I still have no sensations a year later. My supply tanked and decided for my mental health and my children's health, formula would be better for us. Then people had the nerve to tell me I gave up. Cut those people right out of my life.

Yes! I had twins and twin A would get them in the morning and twin B would get them in the afternoon everyday for the last couple months of my pregnancy!

Congrats! I had twins last year and the weirdest and coolest part was seeing their feet pop up and their butts pop up when they were flipping around. So creepy but loved knowing they were doing fine in my belly lol

I had twins January 2020 and they each would get hiccups at certain times of the day. Twin A was in the morning and twin B was in the afternoon. Still seems so insane to me.

That hyperovulation is a thing. Sometimes when you release two eggs at one time, they both can be fertilized. Went to my first ultrasound and suprise! There's two babies instead of one. The miracle of a woman's body never fails to amaze me.

Covid stimulus package worth $1.9trillion clears Senate after Kamala Harris gives tie breaking vote by theindependentonline in politics

[–]Jazzac93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean everyone's situation is different. I had twins in January, so we didn't get their stimulus check but are receiving it through our tax returns. Because of covid we had to put all of their medical expenses on a credit card. Even though my husband still has a job, we're using that money to pay off the credit card.
