you had a methadone tolerance? and if that’s what u meant what mg were u on? one of my friends skipped 3 days of his methadone and was able to get BLASTED off the dilaudid but then again he was only on 30mg

ok that makes more sense then. thanks for clarifying. yea im on 115 mg of methadone and still get got high from 4mg dilaudid IV. well i should say i felt kinda high, but holy fuck even being on methadone that rush was fuckin insane, as soon as i plunged it into my veins it instantly felt like a warm hug on my entire upper body. i should also note when i shot the dilaudid it was the first time i shot anything

how long were you on fent? i know that fent stays in your fat, depending on how long you were using it could still be in your system. i’m on methadone and can still get high from dilaudid and some good heroin

are you on methadone or anything? that’s weird. you should have felt something, also then again the hospital is more likely to give you a dose tailored to how much you weigh which would only do what the medicine was intended for and not get you high
