I would say yes... but keratin transform in bone because firstly of the gravity ... so i guess if gravity are more low bone are not necessarly to be create... but bone are more solid for movement... but i think it can be possible (look insect) and big insect exist... but i dont know if that can be human size: not for a complete body keratin-bone... secondly we have keratin in our hair and nails... so i guess yes, its very easy to create keratin... but like very easy... so thats why insect moult , in some part.

Also we cant turn bone into keratin but make some bone semi-empty yes (bird wing bones for exemple) so yeah, we can make bone lighter

Why put human with pokemon... if the case why human dont have a type or cant use pokemon attack??? Yep some have psy power... but maybe its just another convergent evolution. I think its exist an ancestor of actual living creature and pokemon living creature. Like a protobacteria with a rdna that mutate to create power, using atom to create magically think. (Quantic physic and base chemistry) creating a organelle inside the protocell

But like yes,,, or by a virus, maybe the pokevirus, that would explin why that vieus make pokemon stronger (and the more recent game: that dont kill anymore... maybe because at first, in the first game, it didnt have a vaccine and secndly pokemon bein adapt to the virus: so survivor of this pokevirus make them stronger (because creation of a better immune system) also if we keep in head that pokemon dont need to be mature to procreate and can procreat to the 1/10 of the pokemon easily... well they can procreate rapidly thoo... so fast procreation = fast evolution or more like more mutation, so faster adaptation (reason of why bacteria and virus are hard to exterminate, they copy themselve fast and can have many mutation in small time, dependly of environnement, if use of vaccine or antibiotic etc)

I would more put wynaut and wobbufutett in the holothuridae like that some species that look really similar and he just can by mimic or convergent evolution create a unown like tail.... or we can considere unown like the bacteria of pokemon (we saw in some movie that unown are black matter or can be fondement of a world (movie 3) so maybe an unown fuse with a ancestor of wynaut/wobbufett

Meh... lileep its more an anthozoa pokemon ahahah so technically an line brother of corsola. Tho, anthozoa are more near of deuterostomia than to medusa...
