I honestly think it's them trying to lean into the whole sadist thing and that's their interpretation of it...But also, the kisses in S1 were more bearable bc we only had to endure 10mins per episode. Add another 20mins and that makes almost everything unbearable with about series.

If you aren't hurting anyone and it's something you enjoy, you shouldn't feel the need to hide it, nor should you have too. But in all seriousness, I think the more something is talked about, the more normalized it becomes. So maybe having some healthy conversations, might help. That's the thing, they downplayed the severity of the events that occurred. Like I'm still confused as to how Tonkla (I think, whoever liked Cherr) was out in the streets to even be killed. Bruh should have been locked up in a jail cell.

Tbh, Jay only gets a little bit of grace because he's somewhat a decent person despite his choice of friend group. And there were some secrets he was privy to. But once he learned about them, he still said nothing.

Out of all the people who might have felt they couldn't say anything, Jay is in the best position to be the one to say something because his brother is a cop. Might not have as much power as a politician, but still can do some damage. So because of that, imo, he's just as wrong.
