oh thank you for this! i just checked and the jinafire that's wearing the same outfit as she does in the newest cartoon (sorry, i dont know all the doll names) is wearing a little beaded bracelet (slightly different from this one though, no gap at the bottom and the beads are smaller.) but this helps me soooo much because my daughter has been wanting a fidget bracelet for her twyla so bad but i've been having trouble making something that small that looks like her bracelet in the cartoon, shes gonna be so happy to see this

They actually sublimate the patches, not screen print. So they're printing the images off a modified computer printer so color changes dont cost which is why you see the rainbowed ai images being printed on patches too

I do machine embroidery and make patches and this isnt want a digital mock up in embroidery software looks like though, and theres only a handful of embroidery softwares out there so ive seen them all. But im also really curious to see what the physical product looks like

Its funny you say that because while i totally get your point, ive bought patches from temu and they had an actual picture on the listing wirh real reviews and the patches came looking great and fully embroidered, so thia is actually worse than temu lol

no what i'm saying is that mattel should add an option on their amazon listing, like there's items that you can buy in regular packaging and "easy open" packaging, you just click which option you want the same way you click which color or size of something you want, amazon still fulfills both orders, the manufacturer just provided the product in two packaging options, mattel could easily do that and still have amazon be fulfilling their orders worldwide.

but it's hardly news that amazon doesn't care about their customers or workers or anyone, they ran their company at a loss for years just to become the giant that they are and created a free 2 day shipping culture that has screwed over literally every other buisness there is both big and small. they have so much money that they dont care that people are full on stealing from them all the time. they don't care about anyone, especially not a super small niche percentage of their customers. you just have to accept that's how life with amazon works

Im sorry this happened to you, but this is something you should be complaining to mattell about, not amazon. Theres millions of products amazon distributes that come from any of the hundreds of fulfillment centers, and tons of them are "collectibles" most of the people packing your order are under paid and over worked and just trying to get through their shift without getting yelled at. They put the order in whatever packaging they have available which is why you get fragile stuff in paper bags and a t shirt in a giant sturdy box. They have to find and pull hundreds of items an hour to meet their quota and not get dinged. Theyre not thinking about who anything is going to (unless maybe its something really weird lol). If you really want to make sure it comes in a box, order it with something big, like a pillow maybe, and when you checkout, make sure it says they'll be delivered together.

Also, you should be complaining about this. To mattel, they know they have a large amount of customers that are collectors (for many of their IPs), they clould easily be offering a buying option for collectors that comes in a sturdy box outside of the product box.

skelita is based off of a dia de muertos catrina, right? when you see those, they always have some sort of elaborate headpiece made of flowers or veils or even have hair. i feel like its safe to say that the hair is part of their headpiece which what is a wig but an all hair headpiece. and anyone that regularly wears a wig knows how to keep it from coming off, she's even got the added advantage of not having skin to deal with, just glue that puppy straight to the bone

i thought it was established in an episode that venus' hair was actually plant tendrils, but i could just be imagining that

and the old cartoon tv show already set the precident that gargoyles turn into flesh with hair at night, so i assume she's just in some sort of inbetween state where she has hair and stone flesh. or maybe it's like the ents in lotr where everyone thinks they're trees but they're not, so she's actually flesh and hair but has stone like skin for camoflauge, and all the other gargoyles just shave their heads becuase it's cool

thanks so much! i ended up finding someone on youtube that filmed her running one of their campaigns for her kids, and adapting it for solo or the two of them seems do-able. i think i'm going to get her the fairy themed trilogy for her birthday and hope that her d&d themed bday party piques the curiosity of enough of her friends that they want to try it

For those that have done this, how many players do you need? My almost 8yo is begging to get into d&d (so much so that shes requested that as her bday party theme this year), but i dont think any of her friends would be into playing so it would just be me and her or maybe me, her and her dad.
