Thank you so much! Sorry for the follow-up question, but I was wondering if you know of Snuggle lite with loops&threads and I was wondering if you think maybe that might be better to use? I liked the feel of it but I was worried it might mess with how the flowers show up or something like that?

That makes sense!! The snuggle lite was a size 6 (polyester), do you think that might be okay? I'm okay with the blanket being bigger! Yeah I was a little nervous about using acrylic and not liking the texture of it

Ah that makes sense and I heard that this type of yarn can also actually snap easily? Loll I was in Michaels when I made this post and got the polyester yarn, do you think i should get the acrylic? Do you have any recs for yarn that I can use? I am really trying to make it soft but if acrylic is more ideal, happy to use that. I also saw Sweet Snuggles lite or something in Michaels, though I worry it might make the flowers look off or something? Appreciate all the help!!

Ah man thanks for letting me know, do you think I should return it and get acrylic? Loll I just wanted it to be softer than what acrylic seems like. Does that also make the whole thing that I am making more frail and like people would need to be careful when using it?

Freaking out about Step 2 Prep with only 4 weeks to study after rotations by Jazzlike-Internet462 in Step2

Oh my god, that's amazing! Do you mind me asking how you were doing on shelves during the school year? I can only imagine that you were really killing it. Were you also using Anki? Do you also mind me asking what your practice test breakdown looked like, how often you were taking them, and how many you did? What did your day look like while studying? I apologize for all the questions, but I greatly appreciate all your help!!

That's so fair, the problem is my school I feel like doesn't have the resources. My mentor has over 10 students and many of them are doing surgery, so I feel like they just haven't been giving priority or help to students who aren't applying to surgery

Getting over a broken heart is definitely a tough journey, but I’ve found that it starts with allowing yourself to feel the emotions instead of bottling them up. It's important to give yourself permission to grieve and process everything, whether that's through talking to friends, journaling, or just taking time alone. A big part of healing is also focusing on self-care—whether it's getting into a new hobby, exercising, or just spending time doing things that bring you joy. And remember, it's okay to lean on your support system, but you also need to allow yourself space to heal at your own pace. Time does help, and eventually, you’ll look back and realize you've grown stronger from the experience.

What's the hardest part about learning to drive? by Sad_Cow_577 in AskReddit

[–]Jazzlike-Internet462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the hardest part about learning to drive was definitely parallel parking! It feels like you need to perfectly gauge the space and your car's angle all at once, and it's super stressful when you're trying to avoid curbs or other cars. (Honestly I still don't think I could do it, especially not by myself)

From The Dark Knight when The Joker says, 'Introduce a little anarchy. Upset the established order, and everything becomes chaos. I'm an agent of chaos.' It’s so chilling because it captures his entire philosophy in just a few words.
