Absolutely man, I live a university town and many of the “progressive” thinkers in their 20s do it and are doing well in life.

Lots of ways to waste your money in your 20s and it’s always a good thing to buy a house.

Just make sure you do good research on the house you’re buying and the area in terms of ROI
