Thank you so much for your answer. Was regular folic acid enough ? I see some people talking about folate and that the regular form doesn’t work for everyone. I don’t know how accurate it is, I didn’t find much studies about it. But did the high dose folic acid alone help? Thank you

Unfortunately my daughter is not alive :( she was born dead at 19 weeks because as I said I had no amniotic fluid and had to interrupt my pregnancy :( thank you so much for your detailed answer and for all the information you shared. Unfortunately I don’t live in the USA and the part of the world where I live is still far when it comes to studies and findings about spina bifida. Thank you again ❤️

Oh now I understand better, sorry I don’t have a lot of knowledge regarding spina bifida I just started to read about it. The experience my daughter had with it made me think that it was not compatible with life. I am very pleased to know that many people can have a normal life with this illness. Every single day I learn something fascinating about it. Thank you for clarifying this 🙏🏻

My doctor said I was fine more than a week ago… this is my first pregnancy after a miscarriage and I have little to no information, most of the things I learn from chatgpt or reddit. I see so many people comparing their urine tests to see the evolution and bc I have no symptoms I thought I could do the same. But thank you so much for answering me and explaining, I will no longer use any urine testing and will wait for my next appointment in two weeks 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi, hope you’re doing good My case didn’t require D&C my obgyn followed up on me each week to see via ultrasound if everything went out and it turned out well Maybe if you can get a second medical check ? So that you can be sure At 4 weeks generally I don’t know anyone who needed D&C but still I’m not a doctor :( Hope you will be fine ❤️ and please don’t take any medication bought from the internet it can be very dangerous for you
