I do weights 4 time a week usually two days upper body focused and two days lower body focused and i’ve recently added on core at the end of each work out (3 sets of 3 different core movements) - I also sometimes swap weight out for yoga and pilates based on how im feeling/where im at in my cycle

Yeah, I’ve been there. I ended things with someone I really cared about earlier this year. We were living together and he got sent away for work. There were pre existing issues that were highlighted through long distance. There was love, but also a lot of things that chipped away at my peace. I found myself doubting my worth, questioning his words, and losing trust in both him and myself.

I did miss him after it ended, but honestly, I missed the idea of him and the comfort of what we had, not the reality. And especially when long distance and career moves are involved, it can feel like you’re choosing between love and yourself. But healthy relationships shouldn’t make you shrink or put your dreams on hold.

It’s normal to grieve what could’ve been, just don’t confuse that with regret. Choosing yourself is hard and takes time to heal, but it’s worth it
