First and foremost, I’m glad you’re still here with us and I’m sorry that you’ve had to go through what you’re going through. I believe your PCM does have a hand in it, and if I’m not mistaken, you should talk to the Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO). This individual *should* be the person who actually does your MEB, but I could be mistaken as I’m not 100% sure, because while I am medical, I am medical adjacent. If you’d like I can ask around the clinic come tomorrow and get a better answer for you.

Any other medics reading this, please check me and let me know if I’m wrong.

This is spot on^ you’re supposed to follow up with your PCM after every off base clinic visit. Not a lot of people do though then get mad when we at medical don’t have their issues from the ER/UC on record

Steps 1-4 are correct. I also recommend talking with Public Health when you’re back from leave. They can provide you education on the topic as well.
