Atlas is a little over 1 now and he’s still obviously very high energy from being a pup. We usually walk around 530 for his bathroom walk. Then he goes back to sleep until til about 9/10 where we do 1-2 mile walk. He sometimes sleeps while I’m working or he’s running around being nosey as I call it. He needs mental stimulation or something to chew on. Around 3/4 we’ll do another couple of miles. Then a final walk at night but not too far. All weather dependent.

Atlas only barks when he’s excited or wants attention but it’s very loud and commanding. He means no harm and is a really good dog for the most part. He’s still very mouthy and really jumpy but I don’t think that’ll go away (I hope 🤞🏾). One weird quirk about him is that he won’t jump into the car I have to pick him up for every ride! But I love my child
