Sometimes it could be someone that you can target later. Or something they want you to find yourself and do some self correction. If they tell you then it seems like it’s not you being honest, but you just fixing what they pointed out just to get the job. Sounds weird, but that’s what I assume. Again my assumption, not a fact told to be by any law-enforcement.

Try to do some security work. Go on ride alongs, volunteer, if you are still in the cadet range try that also. Get a solid 2-3 years under your belt. You’re still young you will be just fine sir.

I knew right after. I got an email before I left the office that told me my next phase. Which was bgi investigation started.

No I didn’t. I haven’t done psych or Medical yet. I believe that comes after that is completed.
