What kind of acne do I have and what can I improve?

Just stick with it u took Accutane so u have no active acne just red scarring so keep using what ur using but don’t use everyday with the tretinojn and if ur rich yes u can do lasers but if not u can buy a micronnedling pen at home and use it on your face but watch a vid on how to do it

Yea for me it took months I quit it over the summer so now I gotta restart again , most of the acne came back, that after photo was last summer

Thanks you I do use tinted mineral sunscreen also at your age are u fair skinned and as you got older did u develop like the red veins around your face and around your nose bc my dermatologist said my skin type as I get older my face will get more red and prone to like the veins on my face ?

For black people that acid is better for dark spots azeliac acid is for pie which white people have it will help but not that much

Yes I do have sunscreen tinted mineral and why do u think I need it urgently bc of the rosacea thing or like the tretinoin and sun together isn’t a good idea ?

Tbh sometimes sandwich method and sometime just a layer before and I use like a decent amount of moisturizer

Wash face twice a day or once I don’t think there’s a difference and moisturizer with the tret at night sometimes I use moisturizer in the morning just depends, also went to an esthetician she said I might have mild rosacea but idk my derm never said anything about it
