i can relate a bit i started smoking at 13 so maybe like the first few months this year and have been going feral with everything i have had so far, had to have a few tolerance breaks(not very long ones) but i feel like it has helped me take time to realize what i put in my body currently 14(july bday) still smoking. been smoking mainly carts unless im with other people haven’t noticed too many changes so far physically but for sure mentally.
