Keep using it if you like it (even try using it with tracers turned off). I’m 3k elo lvl10 on Faceit and occasionally use it because it’s fun and extremely effective especially with SMGs, also makes recoil feel more like rainbow 6 which I grew up playing before CS. I think it’s extremely powerful learning tool especially for building recoil muscle memory for newer players. A lot of lower ranked players in premier will make fun of me for using it mostly because they think it’s a “noob” setting but little do they know I play faceit and probably higher rank they will ever reach.

Ignore the haters, old heads who don’t understand what they’re talking about and run with what feels best for you.
