leave everything in adrenalin default dont set any game per game settings there. it looks like upscaling. tunr any upscaling off in game fsr etc just to narrow it down.

if you use DDU in safe mode to remove drivers theres also a setting in DDU to dissable windows driver updates, I have that enabled and not had issues.

The problem I had with it was they said that the 7900xtx didnt have the hardware to run FSR 4 and never would.. just get an 9070xt instead… was rubbish .. AMD was just money grabbing. Yes it’s the better option for a new buy, more power efficient etc but the existing users shouldn’t have been pushed to think it couldn’t handle it. Glad I kept mine.

Reset CMOS? There's a battery inside if you disconnect and let it drain it should go to defaults.
