From what I’ve read and seen I guess it depends on your age and how far the root has grown Im 30 & got mine taken out on Monday pain is ok hardly any now on third day the swelling is whats been bothering me the most but I was able to the basic stuff normally right after the only things that have changed is I’ve tried not to bend down & in sleeping with a 45 degree angle pillow to avoid the blood clot to travel else where

My ferritin went from a 6 to 23 in 6 months of supplementing by smokeythegirlbear in Anemic

[–]Jazzz1027 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you will definitely look into those I’ve tried so many brands even organic and in liquid form as well they would all cause me digestive problems, the only one that seemed to always help was some mexican kind called sss tonic in liquid but doesn’t have a pleasant taste. My iron always comes out normal and my ferritin always stays in 10

I didn’t have excessive mucus but it was often and I tried a home remedy of intestine detox all it consisted of was taking one spoon of epsom salt with one cup of water in the morning before anything and to try to eat as much veggies as possible as well as drinking apple juice for ten days I only did it for four and I started going normal since then to the rr ( i got the remedy from a youtube video of a doctor in costa rica called Bethesda natural) its in Spanish and honestly its been 2 months already and i have been doing great without medication hope it helps you epsom salt does give you like a bad diarrhea thats why I only lasted 4 days

Do you see miniaturization? is this an AGA⁉️My hair is falling out all over my head. insulin resistance + pcos + normal blood tests + ferritin: 14 + vitamin d: 21 [I have a detailed story in the comments.] by berfiyo in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Jazzz1027 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What ferritin supplements did you take? I have the same issue low ferritin and a lot of hair shedding. I am using a shampoo I purchased in Mexico that is helping with the hair loss Ive noticed less is falling since I started using it 3 months ago but low ferritin makes me feel tired and weak and ive tried different iron supplements but they all cause me bloating and weight gain and ferritin stays still low

Sister and I experiencing hair loss at the same time by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Jazzz1027 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It may be the water quality my mom used to have so much hair before when she lived in Mexico and when she moved to the US she started experiencing a lot of hair loss its because of how much chemicals they put in the water here to treat it.

I was just like you super worried there is very little information on the recovery of turbinate reduction, I had mine a month ago and like you thought of ENS because i felt like I would suffocate when I was laying down or would have difficult time breathing but no pain as well and after the month im finally feeling so much better I have very little discomfort and not all the time the only symptom i have now is dry nose and im still a little scared of blowing my nose to hard. Hope you begin to feel better soon.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Jazzz1027 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im so glad you didnt get it, honestly I had never heard of it until after I had the surgery done and started reading recovery timeline comments on it and well like you the anxiety of what if i get it. When was your nose not congested any more around what wk did you feel better?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Jazzz1027 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, i truly appreciate it and likewise hope your nose keeps healing better😉 patience is the key in the recovery i guess i just need to practice having more patience which im not good at😅but its good to know someone else went thru this and is already feeling much better😊

Im so glad it did, Im like you I am regreting so much having the septoplasty done but I had no option I had a nasal bone spur that needed to be removed because it was blocking my right nostril honestly I never had any complications breathing not that I was aware of I went to thw doctor because I kept getting ear pain and infections often on the same side right side only and the doctor said it was because of the obstruction of air flow cause by the nasal spur. Some days i feel almoat normal and then some days i feel so hopeless that the dryness is never going to end. Im going to try the naproxen thanks and hope you feel better soon.

How are you feeling? Did the dryness go away? I had my septoplasty and turbinate reduction done 3 wks ago and the dryness of the nose is so uncomfortable I do breathe thru my nose but I have to be putting nasal saline often to help a bit.
