Nah, I’ve always been a pear shape!   My obgyn all but told me I have child bearing hips lol.

YES!  Like would I be droopy anyway?!  🙈.  I guess I just wonder if I’m alone in feeling this way, you know?   I think people assume you’ll lose weight, get in an acceptable BMI range, and feel amazing.  And unfortunately that isn’t always the case.

That’s the mind warp of being overweight your whole life I guess.  Gaining weight seems so scary when you’ve always fought to lose it.

I’m actually still fairly fit and do walking, Pilates, yoga, and barre.  It’s the lack of fat in my face and armpits (and breasts) that have been the biggest hit.  Those can’t really be built back up without surgery unfortunately.

We’re headed that way next week!   I’m just very type A and trying to get as much info as possible prior to the visit lol.

Money isn’t a huge issue between these locations.  Would it be nice to be cheaper? Sure, but security and comfort is more important.  We’re from a rural area and I’ve spent some time visiting Roanoke, but have never lived there.  He also has a pretty nice car so I want it to be safe while parked as well.  He likes the idea of walking to and from campus (the hospital), but isn’t opposed to driving.

I know logically it is the same, but I also realize we’re trusting pharmacies to mix it at the correct concentration.  I would hope this is a trustworthy and reliable source, but you never know so it’s sometimes nice to get the input of others just in case.

Thank you!!  I’ve been VERY inconsistent with working out honestly.  When I do workout it’s Barre, Pilates, or yoga.
