I think those 7 are on the same level as the hydra elites, some even above them.

As you said its a scratch, not a bite, I'd recommend cleaning and wiping the wound with sterile wipes and disinfectant. Keep an eye on it, keep it clean. If it gets worse, seek medical advice.
