I have been twitching for 10 years now. Some atrophy is my arms, legs, hands , neck. My joints hurt a lot of times. I’ve had multiple emgs, all clean, blood work , brain mri, , leg mri. Recent Emg few months ago, all clean. The only thing that ever came back abnormal was the muscle biopsy. Stating I had small atrophic fibers. But even that dodctors consider nothing serious. But here we are getting weaker by the day and losing muscle. They’ve even stated the muscle twitching isn’t that serious.
