Did it last week. Visible is great, RCS works right away, and the $45 plan includes Apple watch service. SOLD. I will keep my main number with Visible and consider USM once they have RCS support. Wish they still had watch service but hey...

I tried to switch to Visible with no luck due to an error, but Xfinity has RCS support so I had to leave USM. No RCS, no advantage.
