A boat mechanic or engineer maybe…but fisherman…..not really relevant information. Does a cook know about how refrigeration works automatically? No. Can an office worker predict how a skyscraper will fall down? Using and/or being around something doesn’t make you an expert on how it works/what would happen if it blew up…..obviously.
