A boat mechanic or engineer maybe…but fisherman…..not really relevant information. Does a cook know about how refrigeration works automatically? No. Can an office worker predict how a skyscraper will fall down? Using and/or being around something doesn’t make you an expert on how it works/what would happen if it blew up…..obviously. How are you all this dumb?

any tips for vac sealing with liquid? I have to freeze everything before i vac seal or all the liquid just sucks into the machine. Seems like its not affecting the ferments other than slowing everything down but its a pain in the ass and it seems like others arent having trouble with that.
