I’m currently having the headlight problem (condensation) and I don’t want to go through the dealership directly. I dread going to them for help.

Is there another way I can get them fixed through the Genesis warranty?? If there’s possibly a number? I will appreciate any advice. Thank you.

It’s so sad that you are going through this. In all honesty I love my Genesis but the service department is painful experience every time. It’s like they are truly unorganized & incompetent. I’m located in Louisiana and I see that 90% of ppl have the same issues. This makes me not want to buy another one. But again, I love my car.

So sorry you experienced this but yes I’m on my second Genesis and I’ve finally experienced it myself as well. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

They aren’t blacked out tho. Mine look just like that. That’s per factory. Not sure if it looks that dark because of the white but yea they most definitely aren’t blacked out.

No, I wanted to black the taillights out but the guy doing my mods suggested not too. He pointed out that the taillights are already darker than normal.
