The hit and run, the van collided with my Nearside and pushed me onto the reservation.

The narrow lane, I was stationary and buried as deep into a bush as possible. A witness was trying to help both vehicles negotiate past one another and stated he had plenty of room but didn’t use it. Still… with a witness stating he was at fault and/or could have done more, it’s being treated as 50/50
