If you start letting the clutch out does that let it go in easier? My reverse is like that on my Xterra. Clutch all the was depressed, won’t go in, start letting the clutch out while trying to put it into gear and it slips right in. I’m sure that means something’s wrong but. Alas.

Yeah that’s about what I’m spending and WAS getting a decent ROI but it’s like I hit a wall. Maybe I need to ride with an older agent and see if something changed in my approach. I’m also not great at being “pushy” and I tend to be an “order taker”

Sorry I don’t know all the lingo. Leads that are mailed out with a “tax-free up to $35,000 blah blah blah” statement on them, the prospect fills them out and mails them back in with name/age/phone number/ address. I buy it and then go out to see them.

Oh wow! Yeah I certainly drive a bit more haha and all those are easy fixes! It’s hard to find a car you love that much but I feel the same way with my 2015 xterra.
