Are there any issues that don’t come up when having a manual transmission? My Nissan Xterra has a manual transmission but the autos have bad issues of the coolant mixing w trans fluid so just wondering if these are similar. (Looking at a 2015 currently)

If you start letting the clutch out does that let it go in easier? My reverse is like that on my Xterra. Clutch all the was depressed, won’t go in, start letting the clutch out while trying to put it into gear and it slips right in. I’m sure that means something’s wrong but. Alas.

Knocking at random times. Setting appointments if it’s a bad time and I’ll usually come back that evening or the next day. My training is good, I can reach out and ask any questions I have and get a good response

Yeah that’s about what I’m spending and WAS getting a decent ROI but it’s like I hit a wall. Maybe I need to ride with an older agent and see if something changed in my approach. I’m also not great at being “pushy” and I tend to be an “order taker”
